These will be used for accounting purposes and occasionally for the portal to send you housekeeping e-mails such as Forgot Password functionality. We may also use this e-mail to send you some info about the Self Service Portal from time to time.
We will remove you from the Portal should you require it. However any tags on usage statistics for billing purposes will be retained by us for a period of 7 years which is required for accounting record keeping.
Portal usage will be tagged with your UserID and will appear in billing info in the portal.
We will not use your e-mail address or other personal data for any other purpose than outlined here, unless you subscribe separately to our newsletters etc..
Any personal data that you store yourself while using the portal (for example living person names in job file data or machine name tags) is your responsibility.
